Our Story

Bret and I Moved to Pocahontas County about 12 years ago. We were both originally potters, sculptors and painters and have taken other jobs along the way. With our son almost through college, we again had the opportunity to start a businesss with artistic roots.

Our love of coffee, hands on labor, and desire to produce a product that people can enjoy, brought us to this point. We started Doolittle Roasting Company in 2022.

We are able to produce very small batch coffee of single origins and hand crafted blends. We are enjoying the adventure and happy to bring fresh roasted coffee to our local commuity, shops, restaurants and to our online community!
